It's been a little more than a week but here's the update. No longer doing the liquid diet due to VERY UNSAVORY consequences! Instead I eat oatmeal for breakfast, bars, fruit, or soup for snacks, canned meal or frozen meal for dinner or lunch. Still getting in the same amount of calorIes (900-1200 each day). I'm noticing a few shirts are already looser!!! YAY
