05:33 R-1 Revises the General Plan to add language supporting transit-oriented development and to indicate the areas in the vicinity of light rail stations where such development would be appropriate. They would also amend the text of the Zoning Ordinance to include provisions for transit-oriented development.

08:20 R-2 Encroachment into right-of-way at 2971 Kimball Loop with a pier, canoe/kayak launch and a clam shell walk.

09:13 R-3 Encroachment Agreement for Outdoor Dining at -- 215 Granby -- Edible Arrangements/Fruitations - will allow the patrons of the establishment to eat outside.

10:36 R-4 Encroachment will allow Villas by the Sea Condominium Association and Bay Side Condominium Association to construct a walkway and stairs for access to the beach and the Chesapeake Bay from 3152-3198 E. Ocean View Avenue.

28:28 R-13 Acceptance of a donation of $18,282.68 from Old Dominion University for funding of the Elizabeth River Wetlands Restoration and Waterfront Access Project.

30:18 R-14 Authorizes the expenditure of up to $600,000 of FY10 Capital Improvement Funds for certain neighborhood commercial corridor areas.

30:40 R-15 Accept the FY 2010 Homeland Security Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) Grant $357,140 to purchase 19 license plate readers and related computer hardware to cover the area's bridge and tunnel systems.

36:26 R-25 Ordinance defining the "Festival Area" of Harborfest 2011 and setting forth the applicable regulations for the festival.

36:48 R-26 Allows the closure to certain City-owned docks to public use during Harborfest 2011 which will be held on Friday, June 10 through Sunday, June 12, 2011.
