He is better than ever now! It's my third best character actually.

No i just read it in an interview with the producers about how they were going to work him in. You'll notice in 5R he's slightly smaller and faster than he was in 3, he's still by far the biggest and slowest character but the gap isn't so wide now so he CAN be juggled. He's also being made into more of an intermediate-expert character rather than strictly experts only. But he still retains most of his moves and a lot of unique hit animations.
