Quit Ignoring the Potential of HEMP

On June 15, 2010 President Barack Obama had his first Presidential Address in the Oval Office. He discussed the current issues surrounding BP & the disastrous oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. He mentioned that we need to find ways to get off of our dependence to fossil fuels. One alternative fuel is bio-diesel from the hemp plant. I urge you to educate yourself about the uses of hemp not only as a fuel but as a textile, food, composite ect.

@silverpizza100 Regardless of the possibilities of being censored & ignored by government... I can't just give up because the outcome seems hopeless. I have made a personal vow to advocate the repeal of this senseless prohibition of cannabis until the day I die. If I have to lead in the footsteps of Jack Herer than I will. He, as well as Marc & Jodie Emery are my biggest inspirations. This is a fight against lawmakers that impose draconian laws that only maintain profits for major corporations.

@CannabisEducation420 THOSE MAJOR CORPORATIONS INCLUDE INDUSTRIES SUCH AS....Big oil, Big pharma, Big tobacco, Big alcohol, textile, paper & nylon producers such as Dupont. That is just the few that would be impacted the heaviest by the legalization of cannabis hemp.

well so far its says that but its not a fully good idea yet because the government forbids hospitals to try it because it falls into a illegal drug even if its in medical use... im not a 100% on this but i think they let one guy go threw with it that had like 4 cancers tumors in his throat he applied the oil to his neck and a month later he had only 1 tumor

Go Hemp!!! The only way hemp will become industrialized once again is to first weed out the corruption in the industry and government. The problem is that too many Americans believe we live by a democratic system. It’s going to take a lot of smart people to unite to recreate the standards for a new government by the people for the people. The use of hemp is one part to put forth a clear objective as a national policy.
