Senator Ehigie/"Godwin" Uzamere's Bigamy and Identity Fraud

The man in this video is the man I married on November 21, 1979, Senator Ehigie Edobor a.k.a. "Godwin" Uzamere. In this video, he is celebrating his 25th anniversary with his 2nd wife, Iriagbonse, whom he married in 1982. I am sure that Iriagbonse does not know that the man to whom she believes she is married, was already married to me when he proposed marriage to her. I must also presume that Ms. Iriagbonse does not know that Senator Uzamere is legally married to me because the Nigerian Marriage Act of 1990 states in the section entitled "Offences and Penalties", paragraph 39, "Whoever, being unmarried, goes through the ceremony of marriage under this Act with a person whom he or she knows to be married to another person, shall be liable to imprisonment for five years."

The website http://www.nigeria-law.org/Marriage%2... goes on to elaborate on the various offenses associated with bigamy, as well as their penalties.

Unless Ms. Iriagbonse wants to be as much of a criminal as much the man to whom she believes she is married, I must presume that she is as naive of Senator Uzamere's wickedness as I was when I first met him.

28 years ago, Senator Ehigie Edobor Uzamere, then living in the United States without the benefit of permanent legal status, used the fictitious name "Godwin Uzamere" to trick me into marrying him. He also enlisted the help of attorney Harvey Shapiro of the law office of Allen Kaye to further trick me into signing green-card-sponsorship papers. Immediately after signing the papers, Senator Uzamere left and never returned.

Since then, Senator Uzamere has engaged in activities that are criminal violations in Nigeria and the United States. Some of these violations include:

1) Marriage fraud;
2) Use of a false social security number;
2) Bigamy (a felony in Nigeria/New York;
3) Submitting falsified document for filing;
4) Failing to pay child support;
5) Submitting false information on citizenship application.

It seems that Senator Uzamere believes that having members of the Nigerian community to harass me would stop me from publishing the video. However, that didn't work. Senator Uzamere's brother Eugene attempting to ruin defame my character won't worked either -- I plan to sue him for various for various violations including defamation of character and the intentional infliction of emotional distress. Additionally (gasp!), Jackson Ude, a righteous Nigerian reporter associated with Point Blank News has already uploaded his exposé regarding the crimes of Senator Uzamere.

The most obvious way for Senator Uzamere to defend his reputation against my allegations is to either sue me for defamation of character or answer my allegations in the divorce actions.

Do you know why Senator Uzamere does not answer? Because I am telling the truth and there is no defense against truth, as surely as Satan the liar is no match for Jehovah, the God of love and the God of truth.

I uploaded this video and attached message to enlist the help of the honest-hearted public to end the immoral reign of terror that I and our daughter Tara have suffered as a result of the commission of various crimes by corrupt Senator Ehigie Edobor Uzamere. If you have suggested that will help me bring Senator Uzamere justice, I welcome your suggestions.

I filed two lawsuits against my husband. The first lawsuit, Index No. 26332-07 is for divorce. The second lawsuit, Index No. 18012-2009 is against Senator Uzamere, immigration attorneys Allen E. Kaye and Harvey Shapiro, notary public/traffic court judge Bernard J. Rostanski and former divorce attorney Jack Gladstein. Index No. 18012-2009 is a lawsuit for fraud.
