How To Use Foursquare

Do you love a challenge? Lust after a prominent title? Want to be held in esteem of all you meet? Become an SPI Mayor by using Foursquare to track your "campaign trail" as you visit the various hot spots at the conference!

Foursquare is a location-based (LB) social media tool that brings people together to connect, communicate, and collaborate about what is going on in their businesses, and to better share the experience of the event they are attending.

Mayors will receive:
* A Mayoral Certificate and Ribbon and recognition at the Solar Power International Block Party on Tuesday night!
* Ability to brag about your accomplishment to all of your friends and colleagues who did not achieve what you did

All check-ins and checkouts must happen between midnight and 7 pm PT on October 12, 2010. Any check-ins not completed during the one-day time period on October 12 will not be considered for competition.

The SPI 2010 Show Mayor, Trade Show Mayor, and Host Hotel Mayor will be announced at the Solar Power Block Party at L.A. Live on October 12, 2010!
