Its an electoral college, meaning the preselected group of people that are the electoral college, the business allies of the candidates hold that vote. To Clarify, The most powerful position in the american governments election process is only done by a small group of like-minded representatives of business.

The vast majority of citizens are comparable to clones pets, manufacture to be apathetic, and Lazy.
