Internationally touring guitar player Tony Melendez performs "Let It Be" while on vacation Tuesday, July 24, 2007, in a condominium on South Padre Island. Melendez was born without arms. He will appear in concert at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Jacob Brown Auditorium in Brownsville and at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Pharr Convention Center. (Ryan Henry / Island Breeze)
