As others have mentioned, the way folks talk about this road one thinks you need a tank to get through it, glad to see its not really that bad. I've seen worse here in NYC lol
Btw, the selection of song is perfect, it had me glued to the end. Been looking at accommodations in the area and these videos of the lodge and road are making me want to go there more and more. Thanks

Yes, thank you so much for the post! We are also going in July and have concerns about renting our own car as many reviewers have stated one is better off renting their own car, yet many sites refer to treacherous conditions, getting stuck . . . Thank you!

Thanks for posting this. With the way people talk about this road, you would think it's super dangerous! I've had this experience many times before with people saying things are difficult or dangerous (been told not to drive in Paris, Rome, Mexico, etc.) Still, much relieved here (upcoming trip to AOL in July). Thanks again!
