They're in the maps all right. Click on the down arrow on the lower tab on right, and then click again on the same down arrow after it reveals a short list of options. This second click reveals a longer list of options, including "Transit" and "Bicycling". Click on "Bicycling". Trails or paths should show up in bright green, dedicated lanes in dark green, and streets known to be friendly to bicycles show up as green dashed lines.

Does anyone know where you can find a copy of the picture at 6:13, of the bike protest at the Rijksmuseum?

Well... rush hour must be not exactly pleasant inside a car in Los Angeles, Shangai, Dallas, Detroit, Sidney, London, Shanghai, São Paulo, Mexico City, New Delhi...

No offense. I've never been in the Netherlands.

The very same reasons (according to the video) that led to the amazing bike infrastructure in Netherlands apply even more in my country (Greece) and yet our cities are fucked up by cars and their drivers. And we keep blaming our politicians (whom we elect) for everything.

I don't want to be another greek nagger but please try to be the change you want to see to the world.

My country is extremely small and flat, thats why cycling is so widespread over here. The good infrastructure is the effect not the cause.

I ride a bike everyday in the U.S. even with our shit infrastructure. The only reason not to do this is laziness and refusal to change your way of life. Just because us Americans fucked up our road system the first time isn't an excuse to not fix the problem now.

No offense taken! I've ridden in both London & Amsterdam rush hour , & London is much worse to the the power of thirty. I've seen six year olds riding to school in Amsterdam. Not a common sight over here. My pants stayed completely unsoiled all across the Netherlands.

I wish we had this in the United States, we have a dedicated painted line alongside traffic and you have to pray some idiot whose texting, or talking on the phone doesn't run you over.
