During President Obama's speech to Congress on September 9th, 2009 regarding the health care reform bill, he said he would listen to other ideas regarding reform. This spurred the Republicans to wave their "Health Care Solutions" proposal in the air as a sign to listen to what they had to say. In this video clip, Max Pappas, the VP of Public Policy for FreedomWorks.org, waves his copy of the Health Care Solutions by RSC (Republican Study Committee) Members during his speech at the Liberty Summit in Washington D.C. the following day. Mr. Pappas explains that there are other ideas on health care reform that are more reasonable for the American people. Many people have wondered if the Republicans even have a plan to help health care. The answer is, "yes," but President Obama has yet to listen to thier proposals. The Speaker of the House and the Senate Majority Leader will not allow the Republicans to introduce their bills on health care reform. Um, the detached, inhuman little snot that was speaking offered ZERO in the form of solutions to healthcare expenses to the average WORKING CLASS POOR american who has no disposable income after paying bills and feeding their families. Everything was "buy this", "savings accounts" that (save what you pompous assholes?) and "pooling in to get affordable rates" like gambling, only with your health care on the line! Idiotic ramblings from people disconnected from their own humanity.

Tort reform, of course! That's what we need! That's the only thing! Or... I'll save all the pennies I drop from now on to get that house I've always wanted

1:51 See tort reform in the bill
So when it came to a vote all those things were in the bill and yet... and yet, they all voted no. Stimulus bill, trash it as horrible, vote no, then praise it at home. Lesson, if obama agrees with it, GOP won't. Regardless of the issue.
