That's Ok, let them stay in their union. I won't be in one, will work twice as hard, and be recognized for my achievements without having to pay dues and answer to your union boss. Maybe even one day I will be their manager. So yea, stay in your unions while I use my work ethic to succeed as an individual. P.S. I am a Marylander, we are not ALL like that guy.
