@ Flips Gymnastics in Buffalo, NY
Getting back into it after my foot injury preventing me from doing back moves
This summer I plan on training more like a gymnast and improving my tumbling, as well as improving myself for vault and possibly single and parallel bars
I plan on going to next year's Nationals, so let the training begin =D

  • The closer you plant your feet before the back flip and the higher you set before flipping over, the more hang time you can get on the back flip and you can literally do a whip. I like to tumble for fun sometimes too.

  • @stevelau1933 thanks a lot man, i'll be sure to give it a go

  • hey buddy, when you're doing your roundoff back handspring, try to keep your knees straight and your legs a little tighter. it looks like you're concentrating on your hands so much, you're letting your legs get loose. you're roundoff is REALLY good, but you lose a lot of power from your knees bending. It's obvious you've got A LOT of potential, can't wait to see your progress!! keep it up!

  • Thanks a lot man =D
