The Mekong Kampuchea's Kids Project is run by the Venerable Vandong Thorn. He is a young Buddhist monk living in the Kampong Cham province in Cambodia. These are pictures of fellow Rustic Pathway volunteers working at his orphanage this summer, trying to enhance the standard of living of these Cambodian orphans. The names that appear on the screen are just a few of the children in the orphanage.

Venerable Vandong Thorn receives no funding for his efforts in bettering the lives of these children because The Kids Project is a non-government organization (NGO). That is why he needs you to make donations to keep this orphanage running.

In these pictures, volunteers are working with the orphans in rice fields, building soccer goals, de-licing the children, working in gardens, painting a new wagon to transport the orphans to school, teaching and reading to the children, tiling a patio and learning traditional dance.

These orphans would not be able to have bright futures without Venerable Vandong Thorn and his dedicated staff and volunteers.

Please help and make a donation today.
