I got the information below from the website of The Republic of Molossia. BTW, I will be founding a micronation soon. I will look into joining!

@traceyrmj2 Article 1 of the 1933 Montevideo Convention on Rights and Duties of States defines a state as possessing a permanent population, a defined territory, a government, and the capacity to enter into relations with other states. Article 3 of the same Montevideo Convention specifically says that "the political existence of the State is independent of recognition by other States." SO BASICALLY, NO OTHER STATE CANNOT DENY YOUR STATES EXISTENCE, EVEN THOUGH THEY MIGHT NOT RECOGNIZE IT.

Jack Johnson proclaimed Grassland 4 or 5 months ago, Now I need to send a Proclamation letter out to the UN. I'm only a child, so I'll ask if they let nations/micronations in where the President or Monarch etc is a child.
