This is an old Clinton Engine. It appears to be manufactured in the 50s or so. The block is cast iron and is very heavy. I am not sure how many horsepower it is. When I got it the crankcase had water in it and the gas was full of rust and water. I cleaned it up and in two hours it ran. I guess I was lucky. It sounds pretty good when it is running also. Kind of funny that an old engine that is probably close to 60 years old runs great. I wish I could say the same thing for many of the new engines.
