  • Put tar cleaner on your tires, it will make all the difference in snow. They will clean the snow out of themselves better and be grippier.

  • Tar cleaner??? I'm gonna put a SLAB a steel of marble or granite in d a Blaze

  • I'd say put some good oil in that ole 6.5, with a new filter and a couple of quarts of lucas oil stabilizer. Perhaps she'll run, but might bang pretty good. You could run her till the crank snaps, or put bearings in it machine the crank, new rods, etc. fun fun. good luck. -jim-

  • I think I'll wait till spring, pull the pan, maybe the crank is salvageable, or who knows... Two miles uphill... and it was smoking to start with

  • You should get the green truck on the Road, and don't let he who must not be named drive it!!!!

  • Maybe I should put new oil lines on it, a common GM prob...

  • how big is that plow mine 8ft with wings

  • How long did you drive it with the oil pressure on zero? Fix the lines and see how it sounds before you pull the pan. Looks like you still need a new radiator for the blazer. Have the one from mix match flushed and use it. I think last time I had a radiator flushed it was $35.

  • Ehh, Never had any problems with the oil lines on the 6.5 we have(Beating on wood). Only has 110,000 on it though

  • I think the guy is blowin steam.

L is not any worse for a transfercase than H

And year put ze 4.56's and 3/4 ton axles into the blazer!!! talk about a creeper for plowing, 4l0 + 700r4 1st gear = nowhere!

  • check ze codez !!!

  • LOL Whoever is not dead slumped over their steering wheel with Barack Obama on their stereo.

  • Tar builds up on the rubber during the summer and whenever you drive on clear tarmac. -Tar is extremely slippery against snow or ice.

    Try it and believe it.
