I believe this is from the first week I actually had my Lil' Mynx (bought used for a reasonable price) installed. Meaning my moves are not executed perfect. I use my videos mainly as a learning tool. Enjoy! ;-) September 2010--song playing is "Pretty Girl Swagg" remix by Diamond. Moves in this video are: Carousel, Sword Spin, first attempts at Boomerang, Cross Ankle Release, Attitude Spin

  • I'm actually pretty happy with it. I bought it used for a reasonable price. I weigh about 115-120 and 5' 7" and practice all types of moves....inverts, spins, etc. No problem with pole endurance at all.

The one piece of advice I have is always, always WARM UP before practicing. And that INCLUDES your pole as well. I do all my stretches on my pole or against it, etc. If the pole isn't warm, you will NOT stick. But I'm sure that's with all poles.....just took me a min to figure it out. LOL
