  • I believe they are saying that the 'tail-bone' should be tilted forward in the Ma Bu - but nice to see the trad training adhered too.

    I have only experienced a small amount of Hung Kuen/Gar but know the base/ stance is sooooo important.

    Couldn't walk properly for two days after completing a Course with a Chinese Master of this system - Real WuShu Kung Fu LOL...Respect.

    Have a number of friends from this system and have fought some others Full Contact...a great style.

  • @FrozenHea there no problem here all it seems that you guys do is insult other style maybe you should learn something from it ,every style to its own you know not what we do so how could you say such things?

  • @goldenfox208 I'm just a student. And if you don't recognize a rather big flaw in your basic training, it's your problem. Anyway, good luck and be more open-minded next time. My comment was meant to be constructive, not inflammatory.
