@Fiercefighter2 Re traffic violation, see "Canada constitution act" read section 52 then read 32. Acts, codes, regulations, and statutes only apply to government!!! dispute your ticket and write to the crown and ask them "what function of government have you been performing"? as per section 32 and cite court cases, "R v Dell" and R v Big M Pharma". this will beat any criminal charge and anything else for that matter. Yes I have done it! Just like Ben says, it does not apply!

@Fiercefighter2 The problem with all these filthy laws under acts and statutes, anything made into public info, those providing the info can't reveal all the steps in regards to fighting a court case as you can sue them if you screw up in your defense! A lawyer is an officer of the court = they serve for the best interests of the courts not the clients! People must learn to to their own research, these videos can only wake people up they cannot hold your hand. The info is out there, look!
