Adult Side of Spirit (No Shield or Explosives)

Last barrier to skipping deku shield. Its now possible to beat the game with only the mirror shield :)
Sadly you need more items to do this than it saves so no low% drop

You need the deku shield to escape the forest and megaflips.

There are now ways around all other requirements. For example to escape the forest, you can use MrGrunz's method of clipping the kokiri kid

Hence y I wrote in the description that beating the game w/o deku shield requires more items than it saves......

We already can skip the mirror shield by RBAing the shadow and spirit medallions

Nice performance! These sequence breaks are really funny. However, it's still impossible to defeat twinrova as a child, isn't it? I know that the bosses in forest temple, shadow and water can be beaten as a child. Is there any new glitch discovered recently?

No, Twinrova can only be beaten with mirror shield!
