4th amendment Void where Prohibited by LAW !!!!

Civics class used to be a required course in all high schools across america. It isn't anymore, but government is still required. Our students are learning what "powers" the government has over them, but they arent learning what their rights as people are. Citizens nowadays think that the government has the final say over them when in reality its the people that have the final say over the government. The gov. has just dumbed us down over time so we dont know this anymore.

Any law officer can enter any home without a warrant when probable cause has been demonstrated. A person claiming that their property is located therin, or that a law is being broken within, constitutes acceptable probable cause to enter and search.
Should then the person making such claim be proven to have misled the law officers, charges can be placed against that person.

Fucking AWESOME YOU LITTEL TERDS!!!!
you might want to re-read your bill of rights, the protection of illegal search and seizures falls under the 4th amendment, the 3rd amendment protects from people having to house and feed soldiers during a time of war as the British made colonial residents do during the Revolutionary War... Quit trying to be smart, you're only making yourself look ignorant...

Cops are the most successful criminals in the country. They steal, rape and murder and they get away with it. Every once in awhile, one gets caught on camera, but most of the time, they just continue on to their next victim. The age of police presence in protection of the civilian is over.
