@judyruthlilly You probably have more experience than most people on this topic of not eating but living only on sunlight, Sometimes as a host I have to ask questions for the person who may not have a clue about the subject being discussed or is even offended by it before hearing anything! To find truth one must ask questions but I appreciate your viewpoint as all feedback is respected and helps keep us honest. Thank you.

I have had bliss experiences and cure from trauma and depression by walking my dog at sunset every day. So simple, gazing at the beauty of sunset.....I wanted to shout it to the world..."Look ! Life is out here in the golds and reds of magical sunset !Come out of your houses and dance in bliss with me !" But of course, the magic only happens when you are there and my friends were too busy with there lives inside the boxes called houses and offices where artificial everything replaces real life.

Just my two cents....... I sungaze for 40 minutes at a time as much as the weather allows, but I always listen to my body. My energy is more than I have ever had in my life and feel amazing and my eyesight is getting better and better, I will never stop :D
