bodyrocktv as some awesome body wieght workouts, only last for 30 mins a day and on youtube, check out that channel for healthy food and recipes, i think you can mange to do that for 30 mins, and you will love the changes it took about 3 week to show and i feel so good too. getting up much earlier. you need to try it out.

oh yeah and sweet t from anywhere other than whatyou make at home can be loaded with sugar. thats why i perfer to make it at home. I can limit the sugar without comprising the sweet taste..

theres nothing wrong with having fast food every now and then. I limit myself one a week if any cause I know there will be time where like you, i may have to resort to it. But if I do have anything i try to get the healthiest choices they have. ((i know difficult, but still they do have healthier choices)) I've actually gone two years without anything from fast food places before.
