@kameshita You know, I got the feeling too that some inspiration was taken from Warriors Two. There are a lot of similarities in the two films, there's a big fight scene in a restaurant that bares a lot of similarities, there's a fight scene in a bamboo forest too. If I remember rightly there was another scene that seemed similar between the two films but it doesn't come to mind.
