@knowatimean I highly recommend that you download and watch the first DVD online (if you can find it). It'll give you more to think about, and you can consider watching the rest. I didn't get it at first, but most of what he says makes sense for me now.

I've listened to a lot of Davids work, and a lot of it resonates with me. I've been more successful, in terms of fulfilment, and pure numbers with women, than any man I've ever known. The one major complaint I have with him, is that he doesn't ever tell guys the game starts LONG before you first see the girl. The foods you eat, (or don't eat) the amount of time you work out\ exercise, The truth is, a chubby guy ISN'T going to have the success of an athlete. Make the sacrifice. make yourself hot!

@megashawn01 Are you putting it into practise?
Success won't happen over night for you. It is a slow incremental process of learning from your mistakes and gaining confidence from minor successes over time.
Seminars will only make you aware of certain things in yourself that you havn't realised yet & u can work on eradicating it from your thinking. Also I find it motivates me and gives me support when I'm going through a bad patch
