@ratedEG -Muthafuckas don't even care about past rental history or the times when rent was prepaid 2 and 3 months in advance. They want you to get put out so they can sue you for past rent AND move somebody new in to collect from them. Sounds like double dipping to me. Shit's fucked up out here but we gone change all that shit

@ratedEG -Georgia actually cares about it citizens then. I live in Memphis and the state of Tennessee gives you 10 days, 10 damn days!!! Even if you pay your rent and late fees in full BEFORE the court date comes up, they still try to evict you for lawyer fees and court costs. I'm going through it right now;that's what inspired me to search for "eviction notice" lol. Just wanted to see how other people were handling it. It's a cold ass world.
