Phil Lawrence - TULIP BLOSSOMS

One of my favourite Mandolin players. Phil Lawrence is out of San Francisco. I found one of his tapes on my travels in Victoria British Columbia in the mid 90's and it changed my life. This is an original composition off of his album Mandolin Mezzotints (and the earlier cassette tape that I found "Phil Lawrence Plays Mandolin").
