This is not the type of video I upload but, I hope you find it interesting. I have gotten lots of questions on my gear. Some are repeat questions and some are hard to type an answer and easier to show on video. I hope you can find a few interesting things here.

  • how have thoes alice packs worked for you over time i just got one and wanted to know?

  • @MrColoradosurvival I can tell you that I love the medium and the large one with the frame. they 100% suck without the frame. alot of people dont like them because they can get kinda uncomfortable for really really long hikes, like the AT hikes that last for weeks and months. If you go on one or two or three nighters like me, the Alice is a fantastic choice. They are cool also for attaching a seperate buttpack for when I leave basecamp, I'll carry the buttpack. Thanks for watching my friend.

  • @Reallybigmonkey1 i will have to get a frame for mine soon then becouse it didnt come with one but other wise im thinking it will be a nice set up, thanks brother!!!!

  • @MrColoradosurvival Anytime my friend.

  • @Reallybigmonkey1

I think I know the company that made the axe/ knife you have i found a company based in Solingen Germany and its called Gebr. Weyersberg although I searched eBay I found nothing else. Hope that helps.

  • @MegaSurvivalman Yes that helps a bunch! Thanks. No one else has been able to come up with any names at all. I'll write that down and check ebay and craigslist from time to time. I really wanna know if theres more of these out there. Thanks again man!

  • @eltenda Thank you my friend.

  • nice video as always bud..:)

  • @MarkMarkyFunky Cool! You think like me then. I hate it when people show stuff and dont say much about it. I like to explain stuff, thats why my videos are so long. I keep confusing my cameraman. Sometimes I tell him to show me talking, and sometimes I get him to show my hands and what Im doing. He doesnt know what to do half the time now, Ha Ha. Thanks for watching my friend.

  • This was another great one! I like how you don't show just something, but also explain about how it could be used and why you would do things the way you suggest.

Dear camera person, in my humble opinion, it's ok to zoom out a little bit so that we can see BOTH David and the equipment that he's talking about.

  • @MrBushLife Im glad you liked it . Im full of ideas and full of other stuff too, ha ha. Thanks for watching my friend.

  • it looks kewl..lol..Good Vid, great gear, and tons of ideas..thanks RBM1

  • @sabr686 My brother has a bunch of those pants and he loves them. He gave me a pair that he outgrew. Im alot cheaper than big brother tho, Ha Ha. Youll like the Tru Spec. Thanks for watching my friend.

  • I've got 4 pairs of 5.11 Taclite Pro pants, and love them. I guess I'll have to give Tru Spec a chance soon.

  • @Ryder0001 How cool! Thanks for telling me, I love those shirts and had no idea why they quit making them.they are really good shirts. Thanks for watching my friend.

  • Just thought you should know Cabelas Safari series shirt are back I just got the Spring 2012 catalog, They are called the "Safari" ,"Serengeti Safari" since they are your favorite I thought I would let you know!

  • @squidboy0769 You will love the tru spec pants. Very well built and darn confortable. Not too high either. I was planning on showing that shirt that someone had asked about but, there was no reason because they dont make it any more. It was a Cabelas Safari series shirt. I wish they still made them, it was my favorite shirt. Now I wear L.L. bean bug off, Rough Hewn, Iron tough Combat or tru spec shirts. The shirts are all about the same to me.I'm glad you liked it Thanks for watching my friend.

  • Checking out tru-spec pants. What were the shirts you were going to demonstrate? Very informative videos, thank you.
