good stuff, I trained with G.T. Kwoks best lineage holder, he teaches the soft way for all the internals! Thats the difference. It makes sence from a physics stand point, all the energy travels out the body and not into the ground. Internals are soft, I see this as an issue with all xing yi practitioners, they try to be so hard, external.
