7 Hand

Explanation:::
7 Hand came from the need to warm up multiple grips in a short amount of time. It's probably not the best for technique adjustments, but it really does warm them up- and fast! Another benefit, is it teaches you to transition grip to grip with better control. Perfect if Dystonia gets the best of me in the middle of a gig and I need to bail on that grip and switch to a new one... withOUT dropping a beat.
What's Dystonia?
I can't play matched grip in my right hand anymore. Turns out, if you nail your brain too many times with the same thing, it starts spazing out and you get a neurological disorder called Focal Dystonia. AKA: the part of my brain that controls the motor movements of my right hand matched grip... is fried!
