we have a variation of these called mantis pushups. palms above ur head and elbows lowered to about chest level. same concept.

just found your channel and I have to say the workouts I see here are pretty cool^^
your not arrogant like many others I see in videos like this^^ your muscles are pure build by training (I think^^) and its cool that you explain every harder workout, so that people can try it by them self^^ I think I'll also try some of them out- keep up the good work btw: it's also cool, that your answering to many comments even when you already got 3000 subs^^
these are great, though i do feel it in my left elbow. need to work on hand positioning i think, i have the same problem with dips. @thefortress can you do superman pushups?... i find they really hurt my mid/lower back.
