For all saying bad form...Cheat curls are good mass builders when done right, Arnold swore by them.

@waltjabsco23 strict curls are gay, they get you nowhere, cheat curls are neuro activators.

try a little lighter weight and do it in right way..so you can develop more stregth.. then go heavier

if you can not do it properly with the much weithg......well don't do it...you look like a dancer!!!!

Pushing your pelvis out with every reps isn't good form.
Using your legs at the bottom for more of a drive isn't good form.
Neither is loosing your footing on your second rep ;)

I didnt know curling with your back is considered good form... and cheat curls doesnt mean deadlift for half the rep LOL
