http://www.GrantCardone.com - Sears Failure Exposed by Retail Expert - Sales training expert and NY times best selling author mystery shops Sears the same day it announced the closing of 120 stores. Grant Cardone was in the store for almost 20 minutes before anyone talked to him. "At no time did anyone say hello or try to service me as a buyer." Edward Lampert plagued by dropping sales Kardashians made wrong decision with line at Sears. Stock has loss 55% of its value. 120 more stores to close and that is just the start.

I would LOVE to HELP Sears. Sears Execs or Edward Lampert call me 310-777-0255. This video was done to show the problem, and I can fix this problem quickly and easily. Last year my company shopped over 500 organizations then installed customized processes and trained tens of thousands of people. Sears is an American Icon that I would like to see back on top.

All you below average people need to wake up! He was showing the glaring need for good sales people and customer service in most places. Wal mart and Target are crushing for this reason. Sears pays their sales people through commission. And they need to put some urgency! Grant I don't sell lawn mowers but I will do the research and sell one to you, because a good salesman is willing to take care of their customers!

I work at Sears and we get paid minimum wage but doesn't mean that I don't pay attention to the customers i greet all the customers i see and ah then if they are finding everything alright. Guy of course your gonna get the clothes off the rack that's why they are there for you don't see a key locking the clothes down now do you. And you act like you couldn't see that line in the background. If you need some help then ask for it because you are not the only customer thier.

I am an Electronic Sales Associate at Sears. I greet my customers, tell them my name and if I could help them in any way. If they do not need help I would let the customer look around for a bit until they have a question. However if I saw two people walk into Sears with a camera I would not approach them. I would just go to the manager and let him know what is going on. Having two people walk into Sears with a camera is very suspicious. If you are not being helped then just simply ask for help.

I agree with Grant but I do think having the camera in PLAIN SIGHT threw everything off some. Next time you go in, hide your camera and you'll get better accuracy with the message you're trying to send.

Sears is largely self-service. Why would you expect someone to help you take clothes off a rack? You think customer service is their issue? No it isn't. I worked there for years and the associates were some of the best in the business, but our location sucked (who shops malls anymore?) and the company has a historical problem in that it can't decide if it's a department store or discounter. There is nowhere for it to be and it isn't even trying to carve out a niche to compete and hasn't.

Which book is best for learning how to act like a Nordstroms customer in a middle class store? (Can't take the coat off the rack yourself? Are your fake boobs in the way or something?)

Good luck getting a call back from Sears when you obviously don't know jack about retail. Walk into any store 3 days after Christmas- in the clothing dept no less- and see what kind of service you get.
