@MrJiilo Yeah cause gaining muscles will not make you stronger, & it wont give you that extra energy to endure longer while playing drums. It sure as hell isn't good for your health either, infact you are more likely to catch a cold than being on drugs, smoking or drinking loads of alcohol. Oh wait a sec. Have I totally misunderstood the facts about how to live healthy? Seriously man! u should go back to school and learn more about biology, then you might find out you were the douche ;)
