when sparring in mma do you have to use the bag gloves? i hate those gloves for various reasons and 1 being my shorts tend to slide down and I can't pull them up LOL.

no you dont use bag gloves , these are boxing gloves you can use there or mma gloves and if your shorts fall down maybe you should get tighter ones
