I can see this viewpoint, but there is music for that particular emotion as well, such as the Radetzky march. After all, the music in this video accompanies battle action before the issue is decided.

the man only wanted to express the joy of WAR not necesarily the joy that is while the war is taking place but the joy after you've reached you're objective and you lie exausted on the battle field , Victorious!

My dear sir, I rather doubt that you understand Beethoven. Can you not see that, in his 9th symphony, he was attempting to draw beauty out of misery? If you must use him, why not the Turkish March, inspired by the march of the janissaries through the ruins of Athens?
