a philosopher once said that hate's not the opposite of love, hating ur "ex" doesn't mean u don't love him/her anymore...the fact that you're giving him/her such intense emotions means he/she has an effect on u and he/she is still worth ur attention. Apathy is the opposite of love. u can only say you've fallen out of love when u no longer care what he/she says/does. so, how can you stop love? unfortunately, u can't. love dies on its own. you'd just wake up 1 day and realize you're over him/her.

Love is truely courageous,It can battle many adversaries.
Love for someone should never be taken for granted,for we truely can feel its effects when it slips away from our grasp !
I will cling to it as if its my breath,my every means for exsistence!
