Bad driving skills

On my holiday to Poland, I found out this is how driver's drive on their local roads. Maybe this is why accident's occur?

I spent vacations in Romania and in the Baltics and the drivers are all exactly the same. There's a different mentality in the former Soviet bloque and the driving is one of the prominent manifestations. If we find them incredible risky and dangerous, I guess they find us boring...

@clinspin01 dude, they made the road so wide so that you could overtake slower vehicles. those who drive like that dont cause accidents. young boys that do 150+ km/h on local roads with their 25+ yo cars are responsible

I wouldn't call that bad driving skills, it's rather a bad driving behavior or bad driving habits. It is however true that it's a common sight on polish roads and it's reprehensible.
