Lately it seems that most folks on the roads got their driver's licenses out of a cracker jack box. It makes me wish they had also made a driver's ed videos for class.
This video gets it's name from the title of a movie we had to watch in class back then. It was called Mechanized Death. The movie was shown on a film projector and it had to have been produced in the late 1970s. It showed the results of car crashes and the stories of the people involved. This was one way to cope with fear of getting into one of those crashes.
This is a simple story of a Driving student and a Driving Instructor. No much story though.

A few years ago while riding with a younger crowd, we went through a stop sign. I questioned the manouver and was immediately told by several people that "a stop sign with a white boarder was optional" I asked where they heard that and they responded in DRIVERS ED at school.
Now I see where that was a fact, they show this in school and kids remember it as a law.
