  • Good stuff! I'm with a team in Washington.

  • @redbranch14 Say hello to Alena for me

  • haha check out from 6.19 - the guy running around with a baseball glove on! funny.

    keep it up guys.

  • It's a lacrosse glove

  • i dont understand how more americans dont know about hurling. its been here since the irish have been and there are strong bases all over the country. we really need to start some sort of all out promotion campaign.

  • Broadcasting rights. Mainstream TV channels can't show it live because Setanta Sports have the overseas rights. Setanta only shows it on pay-per-view - Joe Sixpack is never going to run across hurling when channel hopping. If the game could be shown on tape delay on regular TV with an American-specific production team explaining what the game is, that'd help it to explode. In the meantime we'll have to settle for word of mouth in the colleges and youth leagues.

  • This is the funniest hurling i've ever seen but fair play to the lads for giving it a go. It's not an easy sport to play.

  • They should bring back the GAA games between Ireland vs America.. Last time was back in 1932, after all America is the second biggest place in the world for Gaelic football and hurling.. Enough of this 'compromised rules' craic between Australia and Scotland.. It'd be cool to play some proper international matches with the US.. Just a thought..

  • @Alistor666999 i don't even play hurling anymore, but i could sure make these ones look like a bunch a wee fellas :L god loves a trier tho :P

  • lad they play a bit less physical than us in Ireland lol

  • fair play to yis ......how cum d pitches look tiny how many a side are yis playin der?
