In my book - The Hospitality Jungle - I write about the Kangaroo Principle. (How to bounce back after failures or accidents). My mentor for 'bouncing back' is W Mitchell. First he was badly burned in an horrific traffic accident. Four years later he was paralyzed in an aeroplane accident. Now this super human travels the world with a simple inspiring and motivational message that I always think about when I'm having a 'bad day!'
