Webisode 8 "Meeting Heather Brewer"

ok so zach, lindsey, and i met heather brewer the other night and lindsey and i were both beyond excited. zach came because we told him he would fall in love with heather and that we needed a ride home... but here we are watching her make an introduction speech and, though she had to decline the interview, she was one of the coolest, sweetest, most epic people we have ever met. we had our books signed and had a few group pictures taken, but i think it was just an honor to be in her presence, let alone have the opportunity to invite her onto our webshow. if you're watching this, auntie, you're the BEST. thanks for being awesome! =D

its funny 2 me cuz she was picked on but now those bullies have kids who probably read her books and want or have her autograph. she very well could take over the world this way like that saying "control the children and you control the future"

@AliceElphabaWonka whoa, working with ink must take a while. i never realized it was that hard O.o

@DontEatTheMailMan heyy, thanks ya its no problem with late replies! ok so wow i can imagine the work and effort into using colored pencils as they are grainy. When I use ink, I am so often cross hatching over and over its maddening!!

@AliceElphabaWonka sorry for not getting back to you in... 4 months? haha but I know what you mean. it's really cool when you find a piece of fan-based work that looks really good =) Believe it or not, I actually just used a set of colored pencils to do the drawings =) completely wore my black one down to a stub, but it worked out nicely in the end =) I just colored in really hard and made sure there wasn't any white showing inside the colored areas =)
