I used these in Gr.11 and even wrote some BASIC programs for them, and naturally played some games. We had just the one with a different, smaller, generic monitor along with the HELIOS II 8" floppy drive, and the drive was *always* breaking down. Somewhere in my vast pile of crap I have all the manuals for the system which were given to me by our school when the SOL was cashiered in favour of 8K Commodore PETs and later Commodore CBM4032s.

@KlingonSpider That was an apple actually! Surprised they bothered to get a real 70s machine, most times when an "old computer" is needed they just use a 90s one and pretend.

System? :-) It uses an 8080 microprocessor running at 2MHz. It's brain was a 2K ROM with a primative monitor program that could DUMP memory, save and load programs from cassette. No bios or OS to speak of except this 2K of ROM.
