the biggest problem with commercials like these, is that they suggest that if you are ethnic and get turned down, it's probably an anti-ethnic reason. However, Adam, you nailed it...if you don't meet the credit check or the other criteria, then, that's a COMPLETELY even playing field. But, after these commercials, they all scream "discrimination!!!!" There are fair housing laws...so if it happens to you, report the agent/company you called. Simple as that
