@spadden no it wasn't, the F-15 replaced the F-117, and the F-22 was completely cancelled after each plane turned out to be $350 million per plane + more money for maintenance.

@MultiBiguser The Tu-160 was a response to the B-1, but it was not a copy. I seen Tu-160's in real life, and looking at pictures covering all sides of the B-1, it is clear these two aircraft look the same, but were not exact copies.
