If you see police brutality, you have the right to assist the victim and arrest the officer. Carry pepper spray and large zip ties with you at all times if possible. A group is required to perform the arrest in case the officer resists. With words out loud you need to say, "I'm performing a citizen's arrest" so that you are proclaiming your rights.

You know what the problem with the black community is. Niggas... we are all talk. Blacks have been complaining for years. The white man ain't holding us down, we are holding ourselves down.
