Me testing out my Epi Les Paul after having the action and all adjusted. I love it. Everything im playing is just improv. Nothing fancy. Few sour notes here and there. Im playing through a Fender 25R using its distortion. Let me know how you think it all sounds.

  • 3 people have good taste

  • this is the guitar adam jones uses. says its what makes his guitar sound unique.

  • @LittleEmoBoy001 Yea. I am not a big fan of his but i read some stuff he said about his gibson. He said the paint job gives it a different tone and that he has a few bumps and bruises he thinks have changed it too. A random screw in the body for one.

  • Its only the 1978-1983 Les Paul Custom Silverburst that have that sound he is talking about. They dont stay silver they turn an amazingly attractive green. I own a 1979 and I love the tone but most ppl hate it. So Adam isnt talking about all silverburst. Hope this clears the air.

  • @MoonMaster77 Actually I figured something like that. Didn't meant this one did too. Sonds about the same as any other Epi. Cept for my SD pups.

  • add some symour duncan pickups and its amazing

  • Done. Check out my other video.

  • WHAT Kind of pickups does that les paul come with?

  • These are £500.00 RRP right?, i think they're way, way, way overpriced for a chinese guitar.... i'm sure they could sell it for less considering production costs are less there, plus it doesn't look like a £500.00 guitar to me, and for £500.00 i certainly wouldn't expect to have to change the PUPs as suggested a few posts down.

  • just bought this epi and it sounds fucking sweet considering i went from a 190$ sg special to a les paul custom

  • adam jones uses a 59 gibson, not an epi

  • Adam Jones only uses the Treble Pickup (Seymour Duncan SH-4), he only uses the pickup selector as a killswitch (keeping upper pickup' volume at 0), when you change the pickup, guitar inmediately stops sounding. I use the same trick, and the same guitar and the same pickups, This guitar is just incredible, but not comparing with the Adam Jones ones, because they are just unique

  • I agree with you these Epiphones sound great in my opinion. Great impro's by the way. Beautiful guitar.
