seem so easy but they discriminate everybody!!!

My question: takes so long to get a visa and as resident to sponsor a family memeber.. when with an american its so easy.. is that no discriminating? no?

They have a land so big and they do not want immigrants ( I understand there is also bad ppl..but cmon check for the national background first!), I bet if there are no immigrants in this country who is going to was dishes and making burgers for them!
