I just checked if every home buyer since 2003 was out of that home today that would be close to 30m foreclosures. In 2006 there were 6.5m homes bought down 8% from 2005 the peak year....so youre a moron

you know nothing about mortgages. 30 year mortgages are mostly fixed, not adjustable. Those arent in trouble. It is the 3 yr ARMs that are in trouble. I'd like you to prove that most people who bought homes after 2003 are out of those homes. Have any stats?? Maybe most blacks who bought homes are out of them as they should be. And stop calling me your friend

6% of all mortgage holders my friend...Mortgages are 30 years long. Only 11% of all mortgages were negotiated after 2003.....your comment just proves my point 6% is more than half of that 11% my friend....so like i said most people who recieved mortgages after 2003 are out of their homes because of adjustable rates.
